How to play Build a Car?
Turn your imagination into pure power! In Build a Car, you'll take command of the most versatile engineering workshop on the web. Your mission is simple yet challenging. Assemble a unique vehicle from scratch using an intuitive construction grid.
Install powerful engines, choose the right wheels and add structural elements to create a machine capable of overcoming levels full of challenging obstacles. Every part you place will directly influence your car's physics, power, stability and off-road capability. Experiment with crazy designs, upgrade your components and find the perfect combination to go further than anyone else! Building is only half the battle. Once you've confirmed the placement of each piece on the grid, it's time for the moment of truth - the test track! You'll face a huge variety of courses designed to test every aspect of your design - does your car have enough traction to climb that steep hill? Is it stable enough not to flip over in the jumps? Buy new components with your victories, install bigger engines and adjust your design to suit each new challenge - the better you build your car, the further you can go in this obstacle course!
What are the main features of the Build a Car game?
- Click on the grid to place parts and confirm their placement to assemble your vehicle.
- Each component will affect the power, stability and off-road capability of your car.
- Purchase and unlock new engines, wheels, chassis and structural elements.
- Overcome levels designed to test the weaknesses of your design.
- Try different combinations of parts to find the perfect balance.
- Create machines with completely custom shapes and functions.
- Don't try to build the fastest car in the world at first. A low and wide design with large wheels will give you the stability you need to learn to handle basic obstacles without constantly tipping over.
- Before you spend all your money on the most powerful engine, make sure your current chassis can handle that power. Sometimes, wheels with better grip are more useful than 100 extra horsepower.
- Leave strategic gaps to reduce weight or to allow certain parts to move. A light, flexible car often overcomes obstacles that a heavy, rigid one cannot.
- Analyze why you failed: did you lack power on the climb? Did you overturn on the jump? Adjust your design accordingly before trying again.
If it doesn't break, you haven't tried it hard enough! Don't be afraid to create absurd designs; sometimes the craziest solution is the only one that works. In Build a Car, your creativity is the engine and physics is your only judge - learn from your mistakes and prepare to become a real engineer!
